Liveability and property investing

Liveability is without doubt, a basic human requirement. We all need somewhere to live!

We all require a place to call home, whether this be a home we own or a home we rent. It’s as basic as our need for food and water.

Owning an investment property serves to satisfy the basic need of that place to call home. However, by having an investment property, you also have a

tenant, generating rental income.

Consider this as an investor, if you have a loan of $400,000 with current interest rates at 5% and your loan was ‘interest only’ with a rental yield of 5%, your tenant would be paying for your mortgage.

Liveability is great when you have somebody else paying for your investment.
