The South Australia’s Strategic 30-Year Plan for Greater Adelaide describes their plan for how Adelaide should grow to become more liveable, competitive and sustainable. It will guide the long-term growth of the city and its surrounds over the next 30 years.

Greater Adelaide represents much more than just the CBD though, stretching from Victor Harbor in the south all the way to Kapunda in the north and beyond. Playing to our strengths, the city offers a gateway to internationally acclaimed food and wine producers.
Living Adelaide is a 30 year Urban Development Plan into infrastructure investment including Health, Education, Transports, Sports and Entertainment, Defence, Innovation, Business and Employment Nodes. This plan also includes house development with infill and higher density development, open space that is usable, accessible, and connected with housing diversity and affordability. It’s a plan to grow 30km to the north and south then grow in and up.
