The South Australia’s Strategic 30-Year Plan for Greater Adelaide describes their plan for how Adelaide should grow to become more liveable, competitive and sustainable. It will guide the long-term growth of the city and its surrounds over the next 30 years.
Adelaide is one of the world’s most liveable cities and a region that’s ever evolving. It all began with an inspired vision for an urban grid with generous boulevards and thriving public squares. This vision lives on today, growing to complement our unique landscapes and make Adelaide the great place that it is.
Greater Adelaide represents much more than just the CBD though, stretching from Victor Harbor in the south all the way to Kapunda in the north and beyond. Playing to our strengths, the city offers a gateway to internationally acclaimed food and wine producers.
Living Adelaide is a 30 year Urban Development Plan into infrastructure investment including Health, Education, Transports, Sports and Entertainment, Defence, Innovation, Business and Employment Nodes. This plan also includes house development with infill and higher density development, open space that is useable, accessible, and connected with housing diversity and affordability. It’s a plan to grow 30km to the north and south then grow in and up.

St Clair, the residential development is located 8km from the Adelaide CBD. This master planned community is proving very popular with young professionals, partly due to a high level of urban amenity and transport infrastructure. Surrounded by shops, schools, child care centres and parklands this
